Start a return from My Account → Orders, or contact us on WhatsApp.

Pack
Pack the piece unworn, with its certificate, invoice, tags and box.

Pickup
We arrange a free, insured pickup from your address.

Refund
After a quality check, the refund reaches your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

- Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
- The piece must be unused, undamaged and returned with its certificate, invoice and packaging.
- Engraved, resized and customised pieces, and gold coins, are not eligible for return.
- Any offer or coupon value used on the order is adjusted in the refund.
