Cancelling an order
You can cancel an order from My Account or by contacting us before it is dispatched. Ready-to-ship orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund.
Made-to-order and customised pieces
Because these are crafted for you, they can be cancelled free within 24 hours of ordering. After production begins, a cancellation charge may apply to cover making charges; we will always tell you the amount before you confirm.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show the amount.
