Delivery charges

We offer free, fully insured shipping on all orders within India.

Dispatch timelines

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 working days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and customised pieces show their estimated dispatch date on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Delivery

Orders are shipped through trusted, insured logistics partners. For your security, delivery requires an OTP or signature and a valid ID. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by SMS, email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. You can also track it from My Account.

Tampered packages

Please do not accept a package that looks opened or damaged — refuse it and contact us at futurecarats@gmail.com or +91 98181 86251 straight away.
