Products and pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Prices of gold and diamond jewellery follow the prevailing metal rate and are confirmed at checkout. Product photos are for illustration; handcrafted pieces may vary slightly in weight and appearance.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, stock unavailability or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
Certification and hallmarking
Gold jewellery is BIS hallmarked. Diamonds above our certification threshold are certified by an independent laboratory.
Returns, exchange and buyback
These are governed by our 15-Day Return, Cancellation & Refund, and Lifetime Exchange & Buyback policies.
Use of the website
All content, photos and designs on this website belong to Future Carats and may not be copied without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Future Carats is registered.
